Grapes are pressed gently and only their juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14°C. After the fermentation, the wine matures in stainless steel tanks for a
minimum of 4 months, 2 of which on the lees.
Vigorous straw yellow with some green shades.
White flowers, apple and exotic fruit aromas.
The mouthfeel offers a high minerality, its balanced acidity makes it a pleasantly fresh wine.
To be combined with soft cheese, shellfish and seafood. Excellent for aperitif.
10-12°C. Uncork the bottle some time before serving.
