The grapes are harvested by selecting only the best bunches and trying to keep the fruit intact.
The pressing and de-stemming then takes place and the subsequent fermentation in steel tanks with pumping over and punching down. This process is completely natural and lasts approximately from a minimum of 10 days to a maximum of 30 at a controlled temperature.
Then, the wine is transferred to large 5,000-liter oak barrels where it will age and refine for at least 24 months before being bottled, where it will remain a further 12 months

Ruby red color with a slight orange note.
Ethereal bouquet with complex spicy notes of plum, cocoa and licorice.
On the palate it is full-bodied, austere, velvety, harmonious and elegant with fine tannins
Excellent with red meat, game and meat-based first courses, aged cheeses
