Grape variety 100% Barbera Barbera d'Alba Controlled Denomination of Origin Serving temperature Serve at 16-18° C. | The grapes are harvested by selecting only the best bunches and trying to keep the fruit intact. The pressing and de-stemming then takes place and the subsequent fermentation in steel tanks with pumping over and punching down. Then, the wine is further refined in steel for about 6 months and a further 2 months in the bottle. | Organoleptic Characteristics Intense ruby red color. Good viscosity and typical bouquet of this variety: plum, American cherry, blackberry and fern.
