Barbera d'Alba Controlled Denomination of Origin
Serve at 16-18° C.
The grapes are harvested by selecting only the best bunches and trying to keep the fruit intact. The pressing and de-stemming then takes place and the subsequent fermentation in steel tanks with pumping over and punching down.
Then, the wine is further refined in steel for about 6 months and a further 2 months in the bottle.
Intense ruby red color.
Good viscosity and typical bouquet of this variety: plum, American cherry, blackberry and fern.
It is fresh and fruity with a long and persistent finish
Excellent throughout the meal, both combined with simple and more complex dishes
