Minimum 18 months in bog oak barrel.
The bouquet is ethereal with notes of cherry in alcohol, anise, clove, withered rose, liquorice and cocoa.
On the palat it is full-bodied, velvety, harmonic and elegant with refined tannins typical of Barolo.
Serve in large bowled glasses at 16-18° C.
It goes well with red meat, game and main courses meat.
