Serve in large bowled glasses at 16-18° C.
The grapes are harvested by selecting only the best bunches and trying to keep the fruit intact. Fermentation in steel tanks with pumping over and punching down, this process is completely natural.
Once the fermentation is complete,
the wine is transferred to large
5,000-liter oak barrels where it will
age and refine for at least 36
months before being bottled, where
it will remain for a further 6 months

Ruby red color.
Ethereal bouquet with notes of cherries in alcohol, anise, cloves, dried rose, licorice and cocoa.
On the palate it is full-bodied, velvety, harmonious and elegant with fine tannins
It goes well with red meat, game and main courses meat
