Vinification

Traditional fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats and maceration for 10-15 days.

Ageing and refining

18 months in oak casks (Rovere di Slavonia) of 1000 liters and then ageing in stainless steel tanks and at least 6 months in bottle.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Colour

Typical garnet red, intense and brilliant.

Perfume

Elegant and harmonious, with pleasant fragrance of rose petal.
Taste

Harmonious notes of blackberry, bergamot, fruits in alcohol to end with an intriguing balsamic hint who develop opening itself into the glass, lingering finish.

Game, red meat, meat braised in the same wine, mature cheese.
