Vinification 90 days after harvest the dried grapes are vinified and fermented in the cellar for about 21 days at a controlled temperature. Aging: 14 months in barrique barrels (60% new - 40% used / 225 lt.), with subsequent 6 months in steel and a further year in the bottle, before being marketed.
