Production Method

Vinification

Rapid pressur of the clasters. Selection of the must and istant start of alcolic fermentation. At the end of A.F. we put in to the wine sugar (20g/L) and yeast for second
fermentation in bottle.

Aging

Minim 38 month in Bottle.

Bottling

Whith tecnical cork (oak100%). With hood Icas.
Organoleptic Characteristics

Colour

Low intensity of yellow. Green reflex.

Flavours

Citrus, pear, Passion fruit, fermentative sensation whith little crust of bread.

Taste

Acid, mineral, very cool. Intense and prolonged mousse.

Matching

Ideal whith risotto and pasta, white meat and super whith fish dishes.
