Vinification and ageing
In the winery, the grapes are destemmed and pressed to remove the solids. Then we proceed to the settling of the must with flotation and the fermentation of the same in stainless steel tanks, which continues for about fifteen days at a controlled temperature (between 16° C and 18° C to preserve the best flavors). The wine is then left to stand about 6 months on the lees and is then bottled.
Intense straw yellow.
Distinctive, delicate, with hints of tropical fruit, pineapple.
Dry, harmonious and well balanced.
It’s a wine suitable for use as an aperitif or with appetizers and main dishes especially seafood.
