This wine is vinified traditionally, refined on the grape marcs and short stopped into tanks.
After the fermentation in steel tanks the wine ages 1 year in big wood French oak. The best is drink it during the second years of bottling.
Harmonic and full thanks to the maturation in wood. Fruity with scents of cherry, raspberry and licorice.
Long final in the mouth.
this wine is perfect with every type of meat the entire meal, perfect with first courses like ravioli with meat sauce or matured cheeses.
