Vinification and fining
The fermentation with maceration in stainless steel vats lasts 8-10 days. Immediately after, the malolactic fermentation is naturally performed and followed by a short fining in stainless steel vats first and then in the bottle.
Intense red with purplish rhymes.
Fresh, sweet, fruity notes of black cherry, violet and raspberry.
Pleasantly dry, well-rounded with smooth and silky tannins and an unmistakable almond aftertaste.
