Clay and sandstone, tufaceous.
Fermentation in stainless steel with selected yeasts.
Maceration: rotomacerator, pumping over, délestages, for 25 days.
Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.
in casks and barriques for 24 months.

In 2001 the actual owners, Jan De Bruyne, a Belgian physician and his Italian wife Marchesa Paola Invrea, bought this historical winery in Diano d’Alba, Piedmont.
Le Cecche produces the classical wines of the region, Langhe Rosso, Dolcetto di Diano d’Alba, Barbera, Nebbiolo and Barolo in red, Langhe Bianco in white (Manzoni Bianco and Timorasso).
