At the beginning of the XX century, the liquor distillers of Chivasso, a village famous for the "Nocciolini" (small hazelnut biscuits, also known as "Noisettes"), produced a
hazelnut-based liquor. With his Noisette, Anselmo decided to revive the original recipe of the ancient Chivasso’ liquor distilleries.
It can be drunk straight or in sophisticated cocktails such as the “Martinican Vermouth Cocktail”.
