White vinification. Crushing, destemming and cryomaceration for 24 hours at 4°C. Soft pressing and low-temperature decantation of must. Low temperature fermentation in steel tanks only of the clear fraction of the must.
Ageing 2 months in stainless steel vat, 2 months in bottle.
Intense straw yellow color. Fruity scents from white fruit to tropical fruit. Delicate floral bouquet. Well balanced freshness and sapidity in mouth, remarkable structure with good persistence and finely mineral
Seafood, crostaceans and fish dishes with a decided and important taste. Great in combination with elaborate dishes of white meats
