Direct pressing of the grapes. Settling of the must and alcoholic fermentation. Minimum 5 years Ageing in oak
barrels. Minimum filtration and bottling with cork natural cork. Refining in bottle for 4 months.
Deep yellow gold color with greenish bronzed. Definitely dense. Aromas typical of dried Erbaluce. Intense notes
of biscuits, cakes egg, almonds, hazelnuts and dates. Quite sweet taste. Not cloying for its acidity, dense, full. Ideal for very advanced cheeses, especially blue cheese. Great with dry pasta, meringue sweets, bitter dark chocolate and white.
