Aromas typical of dried Erbaluce. Intense notes of biscuits, cakes egg, almonds, hazelnuts and dates. Quite sweet taste. Not cloying for its acidity, dense, full. Ideal for very advanced cheeses, especially blue cheese. Great with dry pasta, meringue sweets, bitter dark chocolate and white. |
