Rapid pressur of the clasters . Selection of the must and istant start of alcolic fermentation. At the end of A.F. we put in to the wine sugar (20g/L) and yeast for second fermentation in tank. Aged for minim 3 month in tank. After bottling the wine are ready to drink. Bottled whith isobaric bottling machine and tecnical cork (oak100%). With hood Icas.
Rosè color of medium intensity, bright. Flavours of fresh red fruit, strawberry, caramel, grapefruit. Ideal whith pizza and pasta, white meat, cheese.
