Ageing 12 months on lees in steel tank and 6 in bottle. Organoleptic Characteristics Bouquet The scent carries intense notes of violets, roses, red fruits. | Color Ruby red color tending to purplish. The palate is wrapped by ripe berries and sapid spicy notes. A wine with a good structure, elegant, with refined tannins. The finale is intense and a pleasant fruity flavor persists in the mouth.
